Why Have I Received A Survey From You?
The reason you have received a survey from us is that we believe you are the ideal person or company to assist us in analysing a particular sector. Without asking those with expert knowledge on a sector or personally involved at the "coal face" it is impossible to identify accurate trends or opinions.
How Did You Get My Email Address?
Firstly we do not buy email lists.
All of our email lists are compiled in house by either one of our researchers visiting the website of a company, checking that the company matches our criteria and then noting the email address,

The email address is from an opt in email list generated on one of our own websites.
What Happens To The Survey Results?
The information obtained from our surveys is used to identify particular trends. We also compare the results of service provider surveys with those of end users of a particular service. In an ideal world the results from these two surveys should be near enough identical., but in reality, there are often discrepancies. By analysing these discrepancies we can then assist service providers in improving their service and ensuring they meet their customer's exceptions.
